We all struggle with some aspect of living, it's called a mixed bag of berries. What we don't always remember is that freedom and struggle walk together, sort of like living and not-living . . . for those of us who feel the truth too daunting, too bold. Feel good about your life, yourself, your destiny, your drama! Why not? Do you prefer the other choices? Decide that the difficulties standing rock-hard in front of you, making you stumble, fall, pee on yourself will make you better, not bitter, not waiting to sting with words and a bad attitude. All you need is perspective. It's called Right View. Yes, there are many issues and life concerns that affect us and sometimes all we need is to be heard. We feel alone. There's no one to talk to. I hope that, here, you can find a platform that will help.
Maybe if we wrote real letters, put stamps on them and mailed them, we'd find, as well as receive something to cherish. Perhaps, food to nourish our souls, a keepsake to put in a drawer and read later . . . with our hearts, even if we wrote the letter to ourselves, took it to the post office and mailed it to that unreachable place where silence and softness lives. Place the letter next to grandma's old photo or grandpa's watch.
We're going to discuss beautiful things like Changing Life Styles. The good and bad of depression. We'll talk about Eating, Breathing, Love and Need and where we'll all end up: the transcendent Age of Magnificence. Hopefully, we'll get around to all of this and that's the attitude you should have too. Don't stress so much. I'm learning. We're already perfect just as we are . . . so know that you're starting in a great place!
